Terms of Service
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS UPON WHICH DETAILED IMAGE OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES. BY USING THE WAXEDSHINE.COM WEB SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

We can amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the site. All amended terms will automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted on the site unless otherwise specified. If we make material changes to this agreement, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.

Conditions
Use of the Products and Services is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Waxedshine may terminate your access to the Waxedshine site should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or any other guidelines and rules published by Waxedshine. Any such termination shall be in the sole discretion of Waxedshine and may occur without prior notice, or any notice. Waxedshine also reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to Waxedshine at its sole discretion for any reason or for no reason at all, if Waxedshine believes the user may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to Waxedshine or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or business contractors, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, state, federal, or foreign laws or regulations.

Payment
All orders are paid for immediately upon purchase. This includes orders containing backordered items and/or items available for pre-order. If you pay via credit card, your card will be charged as soon as you click to complete your purchase. If you pay with PayPal, your payment will be sent as soon as you click to complete your purchase. Waxedshine will not ship any order until payment is complete and verified. Any payments made via PayPal eCheck will not be shipped out until the payment has been cleared, which commonly takes 3 – 5 business days.

Promotions
All promotions, sales, and coupon codes are subject to our promotion restrictions.

Shipping Policies
Waxedshine makes every effort to ship all orders within one business day of being placed. Occasionally there are delays beyond our control or backordered items that can cause delays. We will make every effort to contact you by email, phone, or on our website if we expect your order to take longer to ship.

We ship packages from our warehouse Monday through Friday except for days that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx do not pick up due to holidays. FedEx Ground orders are delivered Monday through Friday, FedEx Home orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday, and FedEx Express orders are delivered Monday through Saturday depending on the specific option you select. USPS and FedEx SmartPost orders are delivered by the USPS Monday through Saturday. FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx Express, and the USPS may not deliver on holidays and other select days. Shipments can be delayed due to weather problems and other unforeseen problems. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and should only be used as an estimate. Waxedshine is not responsible for delays relating to FedEx or USPS services.

Orders containing combustible or aerosol products can only be shipped via ground services: FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx SmartPost, and USPS Parcel Select. When an item meets this criteria, you will see the message “Please note: this product cannot be shipped via air” on its product page. A message is also displayed during Checkout.

FedEx requires a direct signature for non-residential shipments unless you have a signature release on file with them. You can request a signature release by filling out their Signature Release form.

Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which cannot be delivered by the carrier, will result in the customer being responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If the customer then decides to cancel the order, there will be no refund for any shipping charges. If there are charges for sending the item back to Waxedshine, the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policies
Unopened and unused products are available for return 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to Waxedshine and any ensuing shipping charges. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be new and unused.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to your Waxedshine account, or as a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.

If you feel as though a product you have purchased through Waxedshine may be defective, please email us to discuss. All sales of tools are final and warranty begins from the day of purchase.

Missing, Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
In the event you were shipped a package with a damaged product, missing product, or the incorrect product, you have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to notify us. For damaged products we may also require photographs for our records. We will then give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge.

Fraudulent Orders
Waxedshine reserves the right to hold and/or cancel any order that matches a pattern of fraud. We will attempt to investigate and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner and ship legitimate orders as soon as possible. Some orders may be canceled as a precaution against possible fraudulent purchases. We will also try to update our customers in a timely manner about their orders status. Waxedshine will not be held liable for any damages resulting from delays or cancellations.

Editing Orders
If we detect abuse of our systems that enable you to edit your order, we reserve the right to adjust your order accordingly and potentially ban you from future purchases.

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products
We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been complete. If payment has been complete, we will immediately refund your credit card or PayPal account.

Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale Detailer or Distributor pricing is for your private use only and is not to be shared publicly or with any third party. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account without warning. This includes but is not limited to: posting wholesale pricing publicly online, emailing or messaging pricing to third parties, sharing your account information with a third party so that they can view your pricing, sharing a screenshot of your pricing with a third party, or copying and pasting your pricing into an email, spreadsheet, or document for the purpose of sharing with a third party. You are also not allowed to solicit others while implying you can get items at a discount or below MAP pricing. For example “Please email me for discounted pricing.” For more information about account confidentiality please see the Account, Password, and Security section below.
